PSP (play station portable)

Anyone who owns or has heard of a PSP should know that it has a built in web browser, but a lousy operating system.. so i was wondering if it is possible to have eyeOS installed on it, like a server that can be accessed from anywhere like a website (like many people are already doing), but hosted ON my PSP. I know how to go on FROM my psp, but i was wondering if IT can HOST it.
