I'm having difficulty keeping the miniServer running.  I've tried starting it as a scheduled task, and installing it as a service.  What happens is when the computer starts up, the miniServer starts as well.  It continues running once someone has logged on.  But after the user logs off, the miniserver shuts down.  Any ideas?

Just run apache, or is it called WAMP, or something. But not the miniserver.
