Development Status

As I now need to define priorities in the eyeLIMS development and keep informed the eyeLIMS community, I defined 6 potential status for each project:

- Looking for developer(s) : which means that at the moment, nobody in the team has time to focus on this particular project. Every one is more than welcome to join the Team and give a hand !

- Drafting : which means we are currently defining the features which should be included in the application, reviewing the existing equivalent applications (web based or not) and selecting the best technical solutions.

- Coding : The coding is started and the work is under progress. Most of the features still need to be implemented.

- Private alpha : The code is almost complete but some features can still be implemented. The application is not yet available for test by the eyeLIMS community.

- Public beta : The application includes all the expected features and the code is stable enough to be available to the eyeLIMS community. However, this version is FOR TEST ONLY and should only be used to identify and fix bugs.

- Release : The application is officially released, all critical bugs have been fixed and the application can be used.

As you will see, most of the projects are still looking for developers so do not hesitate to join the eyeLIMS Dev Team !
